On June 21, 2019, our Petland team and puppies attended the 2019 Mayor’s Kids Day, an event hosted by Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank C. Ortis in Pembroke Pines, FL.

The event included a number of fun-filled activities for children, including cookies, bowling, ice cream, music, and drinks. The children also had the opportunity to have a delicious lunch hosted by Ortis and challenge him in a trivia game for fun prizes, visit police personnel, and mascots from different sponsors.

Our cute and snuggly puppies were excited to meet the kids at the event, and loved playing and cuddling with them for as long as they wanted. Our furry cuties have a huge fondness for making new friends. That’s because our team at Petland makes sure that our puppies come from loving backgrounds and are socialized.

As part of our commitment to our community, we also offered the first 50 children to visit Petland Pembroke Pines a free Betta fish. Our team enjoyed being a part of this wonderful celebration and giving back to our community! 

We’re happy knowing that our puppies were a hit and that they brought joy and excitement to the children at the event. We look forward to joining and celebrating again next year!
